Outreach sessions in communities
The HUB’s programme includes a wide range of activities for children, teenagers and adults, including:
- In addition to working at the Hub itself, the team of psychologists actively conducts outreach sessions providing psychosocial support in communities across Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region.
- In particular, regular sessions are held in the village of Utkivka in the Merefa community, where art therapy and counselling sessions for children, teenagers and parents take place at the local club.
- In addition, the HUB’s specialists are working in the communities of Vasyshcheve, Bezlyudivka and the town of Valky, where they run art therapy sessions, group counselling sessions and family events.
- In the town of Valky, sessions are held at the ‘Rozvitok’ youth hub, where children and adults receive support through creative and therapeutic activities.
- During visits to local communities, a case manager from HUB 057 works with residents and internally displaced persons to help them resolve social issues, access the support they need and navigate the available assistance resources.
Working with the city’s educational institutions
- The Centre also works closely with educational institutions in the city. At Kharkiv Lyceum No. 10 in the Osnovyanskyi district, the HAB team regularly runs psychological training sessions and educational events for pupils. We also work closely with educational institutions in Kharkiv that have relocated from conflict zones.
- In particular, the centre collaborates with the Education Department of the Vovchansk City Council in the Chuhuiv District of the Kharkiv Region. For children attending schools in this community, art therapy and clown therapy sessions are held at ‘HUB 057’, aimed at providing psychological support and recovery.
- In January 2026, a magical show by the French magician Vincent Cailly was organised for the children, and in November 2025, a festive mini-performance by clown therapists from the Kharkiv Academy of Hospital Clowning was held to mark Children’s Day.
- ‘HUB 057’ is a place of support, trust and community, where, through psychology, creativity and meaningful interaction, people find the strength to recover and move forward.
