Psychosocial support and mental health (MHPSS) as the foundation for rebuilding and strengthening society
Modules 1 and 2 have already been completed; Module 3 is now underway.
Objective: strengthening the mental health and resilience of communities by providing comprehensive psychosocial support and developing local professional capacity.
Focus: individual and group psychosocial support, crisis support, and community building.
Funding: the Polish Development Cooperation Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. The total budget of Module 2 amounted to USD 246,692, while the total budget of Module 3 amounted to USD 155,000.
Partner: Fundacja HumanDoc (Republic of Poland).

as a form of creative, cultural and psychosocial support for children in the communities of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region, funded by the Ukrainian NGO Fund and supported by Christian Aid and CAFOD
Objective: creative psychosocial support for children through hospital clowning and art.
Target audience: children from communities in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region.
Impact: reducing anxiety, emotional stabilisation, and creating a safe space for children in wartime conditions.
Donor: Ukrainian NGO Fund. The total project budget amounted to USD 10,000.
Support: Christian Aid and CAFOD.

A platform for psychological support, integration and development
The ‘Station Uzh’ art space serves as a base for the implementation of some of the projects run by the ‘Kharkiv Foundation for Psychological Research’ NGO. The space was created as a place for psychological support, leisure, development, integration and adaptation for Ukrainians.
Areas of activity and impact:
- regular yoga classes
- film screenings and art exhibitions
- music workshops and concerts
- charity playback theatre performances
- game libraries
- courses for adults in playback and forum theatre
- the establishment and operation of the Teen Hub
- rehearsals and performances by the ‘Fancy Noses’ hospital clowns
